The GlomCon team is delighted to welcome 52 fellows from 19 countries worldwide into our 2020/2021 GlomCon Virtual Fellowship Program.
We received nearly ten times as many applications as we could accommodate from incredibly talented, ambitious, and promising Fellows and early career Nephrologists across the globe.
The selection of the 2020/2021 GlomCon Fellows was based on the letter of interest, curriculum vitae, letter of support, and the applicant’s likelihood to improve patient care locally and globally as a leader in the nephrology community. Nevertheless, we could not onboard many applicants who had outstanding qualifications due to the limited space but we do look forward to work with all of them under the broader umbrella of GlomCon initiatives.
With an innovative curriculum designed to translate evidence-based medical knowledge into day-to-day patient care, the GlomCon Virtual Fellows will learn to untangle the complexities of diagnosing and managing glomerular diseases through interaction with leading experts in glomerular diseases.
The 2020/2021 Fellows are divided into two groups to accommodate the participation of fellows from all global timezones.
